About

I price deals for a living. Coregia is where I apply it to property.

My day job is commercial strategy at Stripe: pricing, deal structure, and the programs that decide how a sales team goes to market. Before that, AWS, Samsara, and KPMG. Kellogg MBA. I bought my first Maryland rental while doing that work, then the next one, and eventually the portfolio needed the same discipline as the job.

I got licensed because the advice kept ending with “and then you need an agent.” Now it does not. Coregia is one practice: advisory, investment, and the license to execute all of it.

How I work

Underwrite first
Every property gets the same one-page sheet before anyone gets attached to it. Comps, repairs, rent, debt coverage, exit. The sheet decides, not the kitchen.
Plan in writing
Price targets, review dates, walk-away numbers, and fallback moves are agreed before launch. Decisions made calmly beat decisions made under pressure.
Say no early
If the deal does not pencil, you hear it in the first conversation. A commission is not worth a client who overpaid.

Background

Real estate
Licensed salesperson, Maryland, with RE/MAX Excellence. Virginia and District of Columbia licensing in progress. Investor and operator of a 50-plus unit portfolio.
Commercial strategy
Commercial strategy at Stripe. Previously AWS, where I ran go-to-market programs for a sales organization of more than two thousand people, and Samsara, where I built the competitive intelligence program.
Education
MBA, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Community
Nigerian-American, based in the DC area. Coregia's Buying from Abroad practice grew out of helping family and friends buy here from overseas.
Also building
